My Story

Welcome!! My name is Allison Griffith! It has been my dream since grade school to own and operate my own bakery. After attending Le Cordon Bleu and working for other pastries chefs for the last 5 years I decided it was time to take a chance on myself.

I officially opened my own bakery on August 20th, 2022! It is located at 14037 St. Francis BLVD NW in Ramsey MN. Check out our menu page for different pastries and treats that we carry at the bakery. You can also find a gallery with just some of my masterpieces I have created for others. I cannot express how grateful I am for all the support and love I’ve received throughout my journey.
